How I Structure My Daily Eating Schedule

I had first published my book, Ultra Lean – a blueprint for how to structure your daily eating back in 2014 after almost a decade of competing and modeling. It not only showed how to optimize fueling your body to maintain lean muscle mass and steadily drop body fat well into single digits, but also dived deep into the ‘why’ and ‘how’ that the body will store/use energy and the need for a controlled balance to be able to steer your metabolism, and goals, in the right direction.
