Today’s LIVE Stream will focus around a full chest workout on the Powertec Workbench Functional Trainer Deluxe.
I’ll be taking you through an entire chest workout, including a warm up and several exercises that will include all sets, repetitions, as well as a few variations and modifications that can be done, all on the Functional Trainer Deluxe.

Warm Up | 5-10 Minutes | A focus on warming up the muscles that will be used today. I'll also be including some resistance band work (not included with Functional Trainer Deluxe). |
Seated Bench Bar Press | 3 x 10-12 Reps | The first of 2 push-exercises. 3 Sets building up the resistance each time. I'll be adding in the Powertec F.I.D. Workbench also. |
Incline Bench Cable Chest Press | 3 x 10-12 Reps | The second push-exercise, focusing on independent arms using the handles and cables to get a deeper stretch in the chest. |
Cable Chest Flys | 3 x 12-15 Reps | With the press movements out the way, we'll turn to a fly motion, changing the height of the pulleys for each set so as to ensure a full range of movements for the chest. |
Flat Bench Chest Pullover | 2 x 10-12 Reps | This exercise is a forgotten classic that we'll be including for a great stretch as well as thoracic expansion. |
Chin / Press Up Finisher | 1-2 x All Out Effort | A final combination exercise to work the chest (and supporting muscle groups), using only bodyweight as the resistance. |
