The stretch resistance band are ideal to develop muscle memory and get you to do those kipping pull ups and strict pull ups in no time. They can also be used for a challenging power-lifting session.
  • Included in each set are 4 different resistance bands: #1 Yellow Pull Up – 15 to 35 lbs. #2 Orange Pull Up – 25 to 65 lbs. #3 Purple Pull Up – 35 to 85 lbs. #4 Black Pull Up – 50 to 125 lbs.
